Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Provider Enrollment Representative. In this role, you will primarily focus on reviewing and validating enrollment documentation submitted by healthcare providers for Medicare Part A and/or B participation. This is a compliance-focused, document-heavy position ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Review provider enrollment applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

Conduct detailed research to verify licensing, credentials, and business information

Communicate with providers or their representatives to request missing or clarifying information

Enter validated data into internal systems accurately and within required timelines

Monitor and track application status through completion

Ensure adherence to federal and state guidelines for provider enrollment

Meet daily and weekly production and quality standards
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

1+ year of experience in administrative review, document processing, or customer service

Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and incomplete data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics in a structured, deadline-driven environment
