Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Provider Enrollment Representative. In this role, you will primarily focus on reviewing and validating enrollment documentation submitted by healthcare providers for Medicare Part A and/or B participation. This is a compliance-focused, document-heavy position ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review provider enrollment applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

• Conduct detailed research to verify licensing, credentials, and business information

• Communicate with providers or their representatives to request missing or clarifying information

• Enter validated data into internal systems accurately and within required timelines

• Monitor and track application status through completion

• Ensure adherence to federal and state guidelines for provider enrollment

• Meet daily and weekly production and quality standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

• 1+ year of experience in administrative review, document processing, or customer service

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and incomplete data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics in a structured, deadline-driven environment
